We can execute self service buffets, action stations, a la carte dining, or serve directly out of the food truck. Orders can be digitally organized and saved in our cutting edge point of sale system, and then we can alert customers when their food is ready via text messaging. We proudly present our goods in environmentally-friendly sustainable packaging and aggressively limit any single serve plastics. Our mission is to present as much Colorado based proteins and products as we can, while it is near impossible to do this completely we come pretty close to achieving this goal.
